The Mexican music festival HELL & HEAVEN METAL FEST, featuring KISS and dozens of other acts, was Cancelled due to safety concerns.
Mexican government officials shut down the event because they believed the safety conditions fir concert goers were not ensured by organizers, especially a complete lack of fire evacuation in case of a fire.
The event was scheduled for next weekend in Texcoco, Mexico. A crowd of up to 80,000 people was expected.
