Peter Criss to Receive Humanitarian of the Year Award

On Saturday, March 9, 2013, community leaders will come together to party for a cause, to save lives and create more birthdays by helping people to stay well and get well, find cures, and fight back against a disease that has taken too many lives, though the American Cancer Society.

This year's American Cancer Society Hope Lounge event is being held in honor of the following:

• Physician of the Year: A.K. Bhattacharya, M.D.
• Corporate Visionary: Wegmans
• Humanitarian of the Year: Peter Criss, founding member & original drummer for KISS
• Volunteer of the Year: Roman Lucky, CFRE, CentraState Healthcare Foundation

Chaired by Lori Kirsch, the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lounge will be held in the exciting new venue Encore at 106 Schanck Road, Freehold, NJ 07728 on March 9th, 2013. The festivities will begin at 8pm.
