Gene Want to Trademark 'Rock ON' Hand Gesture

One of the things most people know about Gene Simmons, along with his long tongue, the women and the demon makeup, is his ‘Rock On’ hand gesture. And now, after 40+ years of using it everywhere, he want to trademark the symbol/gesture.

Gene has applied to the US Patent and Trademark Office to trademark the hand sign, claiming it for ‘entertainment, namely, live performances by a musical artist; personal appearances by a musical artist.’ Simmons even finished off his application with a hand-drawn drawing of the gesture.
