Ace Frehley of KISS Coming to Millville in February
As reported by SNJ Today yesterday, a legendary rock and roller will be hitting the stage at the historic Levoy Theatre in February.
Ace Levoy The Levoy officially announced that Ace Frehley of the famed rock act KISS will be appearing in concert on Thursday, Feb. 1st.
A Levoy member-only pre-sale starts this Friday, December 1st, at 10 a.m.
Although Frehley — whose guitar work with KISS and his dramatic interplay with bandmates such as Gene Simmons and Peter Criss, was the soundtrack to many teenagers of the 1970s through the 1990s. And thanks to a memorable 1995 MTV Unplugged reunion, which marked a late-career highpoint, and continued recording, touring, and playing by KISS members — both solo and with each other — the band still has a massive worldwide following.
Frehley's most recent recording, Origins, Vol. 1, is a collection of covers, including the band Free's "Fire and Water," which Frehley and KISS lead singer Paul Stanley collaborated on in 2016. For a majority of the 1980s and '90s Frehley performed and recorded as solo artist.
