Gene Simmons Vault Hits St. louis
Rock and roll legend and KISS front man Gene Simmons arrived in St. Louis Saturday to give select fans ‘the vault experience’.
The ‘Shout it Out Loud’ singer met with fans one-on one at a private location during his country-wide meet and greet. The designated location for the event, named the Vault Experience, was emailed to buyers a week before the event started.
During the event, Simmons hand-delivered box sets with 167 unreleased tracks spanning over his 50- year career.
Fans were able to take photos and videos during an autograph session with the legend. Limited edition collectibles and action figures were also included in the vault package.
Simmons said the event was all about connecting with his fans.
“Without the fans you’re nobody and without the fans I’m nobody,” said Simmons. “I wanted to take a moment from all the hype, the glitz, the stadiums and just connect with people who made my life possible.”
Although Simmons won’t return to St. Louis, fans can purchase tickets for other cities nearby.
His country-wide meet and greet will come to an end in December 2018.
